I was craving some Western food, so I tried this place out. It is very nice and has a lot of different options, but it isn't a cheap place. The pasta I got wasn't my favorite, but it would be good to come back and try something else.

This is a nice restaurant with both traditional Afghan sitting and table-and-chair sitting. The food are very tasty and the environment is quiet and decorations are well-done. The restaurant cares about listening to customers' opinions

I have been visiting this Cafeteria while on holiday in Kabul. I have been spending few hours while working remotely. Great food and atmosphere. Highly recommend.

The Cafeteria – Karte Char, Kabul Type: Coffee Shop / Casual Dining Location: Karte Char, Kabul, Afghanistan ⸻ Professional Review (After Visit): The Cafeteria in Karte Char offers a clean, calm, and welcoming environment. It’s well-suited for individuals, friends, or even casual business meetings. The atmosphere is modern and cozy, with proper lighting and comfortable seating. The food and drinks are fresh and flavorful. Coffee, tea, and snacks are well-prepared, and the service is handled by professional and respectful staff. Orders are delivered on time, and the overall customer service experience is smooth. The location is another advantage. Situated in a safe and accessible part of Karte Char, it’s easy for both locals and visitors to reach. Cleanliness is clearly a priority — the tables, floor, and even the restrooms are well-maintained. There are, however, a few areas where improvements could be made. During busy hours, the café can become quite noisy, which may affect those looking for a quiet place to work or relax. Seating space can feel a bit limited when the place is full. Additionally, expanding the menu with more unique or seasonal items would add more variety and appeal. ⸻ Conclusion: The Cafeteria in Karte Char stands out as a professionally managed and pleasant place for coffee, snacks, or social time. With minor enhancements to seating, noise control, and menu variety, it has the potential to become one of the top spots in the area.
